Poster/Model Details

Posters or demonstrative models are invited from students, faculty and others, in line with the proposed themes for IYSF: Environmental Conservation, Social Inclusion,Good Governance.

Guidelines for Poster/Model Abstract Submission

• A concise abstract (1000 words) to be submitted latest by 15th February, 2024.
• Abstract to be submitted in MS Word file.
• Font: Times New Roman; Font size 12; Line spacing 1.5.
• The abstract should clearly state the importance, scope, key findings and novelty of the work undertaken or idea discussed.
• Poster/Model to be prepared keeping in mind the theme of the conclave.
• Final poster size should be 3ftx3ft.
• The participants to bring the final poster, or the demonstrative model for display, on day 1 of the Conclave. The registration team will guide the participant for final display of the same.
• The 3 best posters/models will be awarded ”Best Poster/Model Certificate” selected by the jury panel.
